This scarce French leaf beet with lime green crimpled leaves and fat white stems is best when harvested young. It is very tender with a mild flavor and blends beautifully in mixed sautéed vegetables, especially young amaranth. It can also be eaten raw in summer salads because it is heat resistant, thus ideal for summer planting. Minimum 30 seeds.
