Called tagarninas in Spain, this scarce delicacy is a great favorite for authentic tapas. The mature 3-year-old leaves stripped to their succulent stems are the most popular parts consumed. The flowers are edible, and the baby leaves can be cooked like spinach. Will perennialize only in
frost-free locations. Minimum 30 seeds.
