Moroccan Musk Squash (Courge Musquée du Maroc) 
Cucurbita moschata
            First introduced into the United States in 2014, this extremely eye-catching squash deserves to be better known.  Drought and squash beetle resistant, this is the chef’s answer to global warming!  Weight varies from 5 to 12 pounds. Some fruits are round while others are pear-shaped.  Rich orange flesh with melon-like flavor.  Minimum 20 seeds.
