            This unusual tomato deserves to be better known because it makes an unusual sauce tomato.  Our seed came from John M. Hartman, a seedsman in Indianapolis.  The tomato is plum-shaped with pale yellow/or ivory skin, white flesh, and excellent flavor. It is one of those paste tomatoes that can be given a fruitier, almost tropical flavor with a small splash of rosewater.  One of the oldest tomatoes in out collection, no photo available. 25 seeds per packet, $4.00 @
